No artificial ingredients, no GMO ingredients, and no added colors. It’s delicious fish you can feel great about enjoying.

Simple, great tasting food should have a simple list of ingredients. Below is some additional information on a few ingredients you might be less familiar with, but meet our strict ingredient criteria.

    Citric acid is used for flavor. Ours is made from a fermentation process of non-GMO potato or corn

  • Salt

    We use salt or sea salt that contains no synthetic additives

  • Canola Oil

    We use expeller pressed (not solvent extracted) non-GMO canola oil

  • Natural Flavors

    Our natural flavors are a proprietary part of our recipe. However, all of our natural flavors are produced from non-artificial sources and were not produced using any synthetic solvents, synthetic carrier systems or artificial preservatives

  • Cane Sugar

    We use only non-GMO cane sugar

  • Xanthan Gum

    Xanthan gum is a common ingredient and used to thicken the batter. Ours is made from a fermentation process of non-GMO corn

  • Palm Oil

    Palm oil is used to provide the crunchy texture when baking in the oven. We use a mechanically pressed, non-GMO sustainable palm oil

  • Corn Flour

    We use identity preserved corn flour in our batter
